What is Hybrid Training?
Our Hybrid Training program combines the varied, high-intensity functional movements of XFIT with the endurance and strength challenges characteristic of HYROX events. Unlike traditional XFIT sessions, our Hybrid Training omits the dedicated Olympic weightlifting segment, focusing instead on a balanced regimen that enhances both cardiovascular endurance and muscular strength.
HYBRID SESSIONS
What to Expect in a Session:
Warm-Up: Each session begins with a comprehensive warm-up to prepare your body for the workout ahead.
Workout Briefing: Our coaches will guide you through the day's workout, explaining each movement and its intended benefits.
Functional Movements: Engage in a variety of exercises that mimic real-life movements, promoting overall functional fitness.
Endurance Challenges: Incorporate running and other aerobic activities to boost cardiovascular health and stamina.
Strength Stations: Participate in strength-based exercises such as sled pushes, sled pulls, and farmer's carries to build muscular endurance.
Cool Down: Conclude with stretching and mobility exercises to aid recovery and maintain flexibility.
