Q) What is XFit?

A) XFit is a comprehensive fitness program that incorporates high-intensity workouts focusing on strength, power, agility, speed, and endurance. Widely embraced by various professional groups like the military, police, firefighters, and Olympic athletes, XFit is designed to be adaptable for individuals of all ages and fitness levels. Workouts typically involve a mix of gymnastics and weightlifting exercises, tailored to challenge and improve overall fitness. Q) I’ve heard Functional Training causes injuries, what’s the deal with that?

A) Parking is available in front of our building, there is all on street parking, and multiple car parks within walking distance.

Q) Ok, you got me…How do I get started?

A) Getting started is easy! Simply book a free consultation with one of our coaches to discuss your fitness goals and learn more about our program. There's no pressure, just an opportunity to see if our facility is the right fit for you.

Q) Do you offer private training too?

A) Yes, we offer private training sessions tailored to individual goals and schedules. Please contact us for more information on our private training packages.

Q) Do you offer Trials?

A) We offer one off trial sessions for newcomers to experience our facility and workouts firsthand. We charge £15 for a trial, if you sign up after we refund this back to you. Visit our website to learn more and book your free trial session today.

Q) What if I want to cancel my membership?

A) We understand that circumstances may change, and we offer flexibility with membership cancellations. Our membership terms require a minimum commitment of three payment cycles, after which you can cancel your membership with written notice. Additionally, we offer a 14-day cooling-off period for new memberships, allowing you to cancel within this timeframe if needed.
