Hi, I’m Louis, me and Ash are the owners of Urban Outlaws Training Club.
Our fitness journey started just like yours – full of frustration, trial, and error. We've had our fair share of hiccups, but those setbacks fueled our determination and after countless hours in the gym, we're able to guide you along the same path.
The fitness industry is a minefield packed with flashy gimmicks that prey on peoples hopes and dreams. Sculpting an athletic body,, achieving peak health and fitness might seem like a myth, but the truth is - Simple principles are the key and we are here to help.

We've deep dived into science-backed transformation strategies, it's not just about looks; we're about year-round fitness and long-term health, steering clear of quick fixes and yo-yo diets.
Being coaches isn't just a job for us; it's our passion. We walk the walk, and we're here to help you solve the problems we’ve faced. This isn't your typical gym experience, our mission is to translate complex science babble into bite-sized wisdom nuggets.
Urban Outlaws Training Club is our brainchild, our baby . It's about sharing a treasure trove of wisdom with as many people as possible. If you are ready to dedicate a few solid hours a week then buckle up for some huge changes.
Laura
Hey guys, I’m Laura.
I have been doing CrossFit for almost 4 years now - we just got through the first wave of the pandemic when I gave my first class a go at Urban Outlaws.
I got my first job in the fitness industry when I was 22 and I’ll be forever grateful for those that gave me a chance and saw the potential in me when I had zero experience in training people or running group exercise classes.
Some not so fun facts about me:
- I’m originally from Hungary
- I love coffee and probably drink way too much of it
- I don’t like being told what to do
- I can’t stand the taste of water
- My favourite movements are squats and clean and jerks
- Snacks are love language so if you wanna be in my good books then I always appreciate a sweet treat
I do question a lot of things in life but have absolutely no doubt that my discipline, love for training and enthusiasm makes me incredibly well equipped to share it with others.
Can’t wait to meet and share my passion for fitness with you all!

Hi guys! I’m Meg, and I’m passionate about all things health & fitness but more importantly, about making it FUN!
Despite always being sporty, I actually used to hate the gym! With my intention being solely to lose weight, I always saw it as a chore until I started to really challenge myself and notice improvements in my fitness, strength and body image. Now it’s the highlight of my day and like most members I actually look forward to my training! (Plus the chatting of course!)
Making your training, nutrition and lifestyle both sustainable and enjoyable is the key to consistency and consistency is what gets results. I’m on a mission to help others to find a love for training and to reach their full potential!

My name is Attila, I am a Qigong practitioner and manual therapist.
My goal is always to help you feel better whether you have any problems or not!
Simple things in life can make significant differences. So stay strong and stay healthy my friends!
Rach
I’m Rachel, a qualified level 2 weightlifting coach, acrobatic gymnastics and tumbling coach and yoga teacher with a degree in sports science.
I love helping people to enjoy moving their bodies and to relise what they are capable of no matter what their background.
As an athlete I have competed at national level at acrobatic gymnastics and travelled the UK and Europe competing in breakin (break dance). I have also completed in pole fitness, CrossFit and Olympic weightlifting.
Some of my greatest achievements are becoming British champion in Adult acrobatic gymnastics as a mixed pair 2 years running, winning the Welsh Welsh championships as a pair in 2006, holding the British record for clean and jerk in my age and weight category in 2022 and placing 4th in the European Masters weightlifting championships in women's 40 55kg category.
